Privacy Policy
Docmostly is designed to connect directly to the Docmost workspace you choose. The Docmostly developer does not operate an intermediary service that receives your workspace credentials or document content.
Information handled by the app
To provide its core features, Docmostly handles the workspace address you enter, authentication session cookies, account and workspace information, pages, comments, attachments, and collaboration updates supplied by your Docmost server.
Where information goes
Workspace information is exchanged directly between the app and the Docmost server you select. That server is operated by you, your organization, or another provider and is governed by its own privacy practices. Embedded third-party content, such as a YouTube video placed in a page, may connect to that content provider when displayed.
Information stored on your device
Docmostly stores authentication material in Apple Keychain. It may cache workspace structure, page content, attachments, and pending offline edits in the app's local container so content remains available and changes can be synchronized reliably. Saved workspace addresses and app preferences are also stored locally.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Docmostly does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated product analytics. This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Signing out removes the saved authentication session. Removing Docmostly removes data in the app's local container according to the operating system's normal app-removal behavior. Workspace data retained by your Docmost server must be managed through that server or its administrator.
Security
Docmostly requires HTTPS workspace addresses and uses Apple platform security features, including Keychain and app sandboxing. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so keep your device and Docmost server software up to date.
Children
Docmostly is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
